You can also control which portions of the budget are available for parents to view by turning on budget sharing.

Team staff can use profiles to find contact information, birthdate, and documents like waivers. Access updated registration information including completed transactions, eligibility status, payment plans, and financial aid distributions. Parents can update their player’s contact information right from the mobile app.

Add a guest player or coach to a team and they’ll be able to view its calendar of events, communicate with them, and see game or practice details. Set a specific timeframe for which the guests should have team access, after which they’ll automatically be removed. The guest assignments dashboard provides a holistic view of all guest placements across the club, both past and present.
